I have had better communication and services with Brian. The new person was nice but I did not trust him like I do with Brian. I give 4 star because prior to this service, I had excellent service as a woman. Unfortunately, I was the one who had to call multiple times and was recommended other changes when AAA already assessed and said was okay with me present. I felt like this stereotype was being played because I’m a woman. I hope this company works on changing this stereotype. More

Overall a positive experience. The dealership actually used my calendar to book the appointment (routine maintenance) which was awesome cause I'm busy as xxxx and kept forgetting to schedule.
