I liked everything about the dealership except the amount of time it took to get my 60,000 mile checkup. I brought my car in at 7am thinking if I was early I could get my car back sooner. Wrong. The servi of time it took to get my 60,000 mile checkup. I brought my car in at 7am thinking if I was early I could get my car back sooner. Wrong. The service rep said it would take about an hour and a half to complete. Six and a half hours later they finished. When I asked the same service rep why it took so long he changed his story and said this 60,000 mile check could take a lot longer. Why wasn’t he honest about that when I asked him at 7am how long it would take? He did however give me good feedback on a hybrid cooling system problem which I had been having for several years. In short, I appreciate honest answers rather than what someone thinks I want to hear. More

I bought my car 🚗 2016 Prius here and use it for all service. I used it for my previous 2006 Prius service as well (purchased elsewhere). I even buy my tires here. I’ve always been so pleased!! Today my Rep was wonderful, but I was disappointed that I had two jobs that overlapped. Mount winter tires I bought here last year and routine oil change service. Since the latter included tire rotation, it would have been good to give me a discount since I didn’t need that service as part of my oil change. It isn’t that I asked you not to rotate the tires, you dismounted my summer tires, and remounted them as part of the tire change out I paid for. Magic Toyota would have done this customer service adjustment for me, even if the charge code didn’t lend itself to do do. Again, Patrick was great. More

Called and left a message 3 times about a issue I needed addressed never received a call back. Finally on my 4th call I set up an appointment to get a 45k mile service and the issue looked at. The only thing that was done was a basic oil change (who knows if anything else was even looked at definitely not the cabin filter, but that was checked off….the only thing I asked to avoid was wiper blades brand new and rotating my wheels and tires, brand new wheels were scratched during a service here previously so brakes and tires are my responsibility) Nothing else taken care of now I need to make another appointment to get a simple part diagnosed. When I arrived to pick up the vehicle in an empty service area no one greeted me for over 5 minutes, stood around looking at 3 different service writers….got passed between two service advisors ( they will be right with you…. Laughable ) 30 minutes later someone finally “helped” me. I understand a business that is short handed especially in automotive (I spent 25yrs in the industry) but common curtesy goes a long way. The service writer that did finally help me was fine he did apologize for the delay but no one seemed to be on the same page. Probably not going to waste my time anymore. Paid and left … Not a good service. Lost a customer with 2 Toyotas purchased in the last 4 years. More
