Fast service….I asked for oil change and service advisor recommended 30k service that wasn’t needed since car only has 12k. Called competing dealer and was told just oil change is sufficient. I made the appointment after getting an email for a special deal on service at this dealership. I told the lady about it when I made the appointment. We were mislead on the overall condition of the car as “everything is replaced (meaning breaks, tires etc) turned out breaks were warped and needed to be replaced less than 30 days after we purchased the “everything is replaced (meaning breaks, tires etc) turned out breaks were warped and needed to be replaced less than 30 days after we purchased the car.
