Waiting room was nearly as cold as outside, employees seemed nervous or grim grim and the service took much longer than promised. I've had my Toyota Prius there for service three times now for the same issue. This time, I wanted to get some other items taken care of while I was there (things I knew I was going to pay for and was hap now for the same issue. This time, I wanted to get some other items taken care of while I was there (things I knew I was going to pay for and was happy to do). I specifically asked for two parts to be ordered and offered to pay upfront to get them in and said that I wanted to schedule service for after the parts had arrived so that I would not have to make an additional return trip. I was assured that both items would be there by the time of the appointment that we scheduled. When I arrived, I was informed that not only were neither of the items in stock, but neither one had even been ordered and one of them was in fact on national backorder with no ETA. It's already a big enough hassle to take your car in to get work done, but to take the time to ask very specifically for parts to be ordered and available prior to the appointment and then to get there and find out that you were just straight up lied to is really incredibly disappointing. This is not the first bad experience we've had at this service center and will likely be the last time we return to this dealership. More
