Danny Partin was totally professional from initial phone calls, emails to final dealership visit. He went out of his way to answer all my questions and concerns. I had previously visited all the dealerships in my area, their salesmen were by in large rude, pushy and prices were way out of line from what I expected. I drove an hour to see Danny and drove out in my dream car three hours later!! The price was excellent,and I ended up getting a car I never expected to have. All I can say about Szott M59 and especially Danny Partin is WOW!! When thinking about another new car purchase I will go back and see Danny.Thanks for everything Danny. More

When we went into Szott Chrysler Jeep we were just shopping around. We were interested in compasses and liberty's. By some random chance we got lucky and got to work with Larry (They hide him in the b shopping around. We were interested in compasses and liberty's. He was very professional, helpful, and most of all respectful, which we know some dealers lack. In the end Larry ended up selling us a Grand Cherokee for around the price we had in mind on a Liberty. Thank you for not letting us settle on a lesser car, we would've regret it everyday. The Grand Cherokee is a far superior truck and we never thought it was obtainable thank you thank you thank you I cannot say it enough...so GO TO SZOTT Jeep walk past everyone peak behind the floor model on your right by the Foosball table and find Larry Flowers you wont regret it.. First off, be aware that the "12 hour" ads you see in the paper will be NOTHING near to what you will actually get. I saw some good reviews on this dealership so I decided to go in myself. They tried to completely rip me off on a trade-in offer. They claim to be all gung-ho on giving you the Kelly Blue Book value on your trade-in but they offered me $1,000 LESS than the KBB value for my car would be in "fair" condition (which it was not, it was in very good condition and they could not tell me why they were offering me so little). I was interested in a Liberty and this guy Keith was absolutely relentless on trying to push a Liberty with all of the bells & whistles onto me (which I said several times that I did NOT want). I was trying very hard to not laugh when he was throwing the ridiculous prices at me. As I was leaving empty-handed and getting into my car he came running out saying he'd take $1,000 off of the down payment which STILL would not have done much difference to his offer because that's how high it was. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! More

Went to Szott cause they had a better customer service score then the local jeep dealership had. Szott had more wranglers to choose from and my sales guy Danny Partin was excellent with answering question score then the local jeep dealership had. Jacob was great to work with. He was understanding and listen to your needs and wants to purchase a new car. He did not try to sell you a car you didn't want but did everything to put you into a car you l listen to your needs and wants to purchase a new car. Great selection of Wrangler Unlimiteds. Jacob did a good job going over the differences in the various models and packages, he explained the features well and helped us narrow our search. We love our new Wrangler! An additional note - when a vehicle is sold with both hard top and soft top options, the dealership should offer a free one-time demonstration of the removal and installation of the tops. Thanks to some Youtube videos, we were able to do the swap from hard to soft top ourselves, but the Jeep instructions were very vague. More
