After shopping around for weeks, I had decided try this Szott Dealership in White lake as my last hope. This was make or break for me as I was ready to give up. When I first drove up they had a good selec Szott Dealership in White lake as my last hope. This was make or break for me as I was ready to give up. When I first drove up they had a good selections of cars than any of of the 5 Jeep dealerships which is a good thing. I had my limits and knew what I wanted to spend. I must have walked in at the right place at the right time. No high pressure sales tactics or leaving me waiting for hours like the other dealerships. Strange I thought? Bottom line was I was content with the overall easy transaction. This place has more cars to choose from than any dealership I've visited. So if you can't find it here they don't make it. Due to the number of cars means more variety to find something to fit your needs. I got very lucky with a special addition jeep model which I did get a pretty good deal on for the most part. It's like going to the dentists office and coming out happy! I was dealing with a guy named Chris and made a decision in about half hour and I was out the door. He did not use any high pressure tactics or blow any smoke and you have to respect. This guy was straight forward and worked with me find the right car. Many of the other dealers will push you to buy the most expensive car on the lot. If you want to buy a Jeep I would ask for Chris. The guy doesn't mess around and really tries to work with you. He calls you back even after the sale which tells me he cares more than just selling you a car which is rare in this business. Nobody likes going to a dealership or dentist but I have to say I was very satisfied. I LOVE my new JEEP! It was worth the 1 hour trip to get my new Artic edition Liberty! I plan buy again and would recommend my friends. More
this is by far the worst dealership filled with unprofessional scam artists dont deserve to even be called sales professionals. my sister and i drive one hour to the deaer ship after we saw the ama unprofessional scam artists dont deserve to even be called sales professionals. my sister and i drive one hour to the deaer ship after we saw the amazing sales ad in the Sunday paper $1000 down 150 a month for the 2012 jeep Cherokee. we spoke with the scammer and showed him the sales ad and asked him to show us the car in question he showed us the vehicle we took it for a test drive liked and asked him if this was the exact car that you would be leasing for the price in the lease ad. he nodded and said yes this is exatly what you get with what this lease ad price shows. my father agreed to help us out and put it in his name. so after leaving told him we would be back in two days.two days later my dad went in with my mom left earle after a busy day of work asked for jacob and told him they were there for the ad in the paper lease deal and he showed them the car explained he could maybe upgrade to a better for less after two hrs came up with 300 a month 2500 down and my dad said see ya. these people lie wast your time and try to mislead you to get back there just to wast your time and make up their own prices they tried to scam us seeing we were two young girls they could trick into signing a deal dont wast your time people.after the fact heard the same from ten other people who said they have they worst service they have ever seen. "$1,000 over Bluebook!" is a blatant lie. I had two trades to offer... for the first one, they rated the car in "fair" contidition when it was absolutely perfect minus a scratch in the rim, and had two trades to offer... for the first one, they rated the car in "fair" contidition when it was absolutely perfect minus a scratch in the rim, and they added the $1,000 to the fair condition price (coming in $2,500 less than their purported promise); the second car was $4,500 in fair condition on bluebook, so $5,500 to satisfiy their promise, but they only offered me $3,800 for it. The explaination I received was that they had to invest money to recondition (change fluids, detail, etc) and that this cost should be understood as a price of doing business. So, not only was the over-bluebook offer a lie, they also tried to pass an additional cost on to me (for services they probably wouldn't even perform anyway). The lot has no "basic" equipped vehicles, and the tags on the windows for the extras showed prices higher than Chrystler factory charges. The Jeep I was looking at also had after market wheels and tires that they were trying to sell for $3,500... when I had priced those exact goodies for my old Jeep a week prior at $1,600. When I tried a test drive last week, the first vehicle had a dead battery, the second a stuck brake pedal. They played all the psyche games with numbers and not giving me the keys back to my trade in when I asked for them repeatedly. High prices, shady business practices, poor care of inventory, and salesmen uneducated on their products make Szott a PLACE TO AVOID at all costs. I am taking my business elsewhere. More

I have been in this place twice before, high prices, bad salesperson. No deal. Recently I gave them another chance. I called for a price on a van. Still waiting for return call. I bought a van the same day salesperson. No deal. Recently I gave them another chance. I called for a price on a van. Still waiting for return call. I bought a van the same day at different dealship. Same trouble with their Ford dealship. News ads are always misleading. Read the fine print. Avoid Szott Dealerships! More
My wife and I dropped our Mini-van off to get some problems fixed before the warranty expired. They had to order the parts so we had to bring it back up on another day. We rescheduled and showed up problems fixed before the warranty expired. They had to order the parts so we had to bring it back up on another day. We rescheduled and showed up to drop it off. My wife asked if they had shuttle service since we would be down one car and I had to leave for work. She was told they did. She also told them to change the oil since we bought the package of oil change deals and it needed the oil changed. Around 4pm my wife still had not heard from the dealership so she called and they told her it was ready for pick-up. She told them that she needed the shuttle to pick her up and they said they didn't have shuttle service because the guy who drives the service did not show up that day. (you can't get someone else to drive the shuttle for the day???) Now my wife had to search for a ride up to the dealership. Once she got a ride and got to the dealership they told her everything was finished. When she inquired about the oil change they said they didn't do it because they forgot. Now we have to inconvenience ourselves another day to drop of the vehicle for a oil change. Left a message with Derek Rose explaining how our visit was unacceptable but no response. Would drive a further distance to a great dealership then to deal with these guys again. More
These guys are liars. They took our down payment over the phone and after we drove 3 hours to pick the car up we found out they sold it to someone else. Still waiting for them to return our credit card the phone and after we drove 3 hours to pick the car up we found out they sold it to someone else. Still waiting for them to return our credit card information and copy of drivers license after 2 weeks when they said they'd overnight it the next day. They said even if they didn't sell the car to someone else they couldn't have completed the sale because everything was locked up in Chris' desk and he had the day off. THESE GUYS SUCK! More
