I enjoy taking my SUV to this dealership, they are always friendly and very courteous, my appointment was at 8:00am and they opened right on time, my service writer was very helpful and got me out without a friendly and very courteous, my appointment was at 8:00am and they opened right on time, my service writer was very helpful and got me out without a long wait. The sales rep Steven was respectful and kind but has a lot to learn. Based on the pricing structure and offers in felt lied to. They were the only dealership that had the exact Palisade I wanted so they had me where they wanted to do to speak. Thankfully I got a quote before going and made them honor the lower price. I Highly recommend getting a quote before going because they will not offer that price. Everything is misleading, fees are added/required but listed as Optional, and VIP means Nothing here. The price they offer is Not what is on the website. They start explaining that you can only get that price with this percentage rate with no rebates, etc. It is Very confusing if you aren't paying attention. Thankfully, I Was!! They are Very pushy!!! I didn't appreciate that. Yes, I went on the last day of the month because it was the first available day for us. But I didn't appreciate the pressure to buy that day. The manager kept saying he doesn't know what changes will come for June. But again, there was only one I could find, so I was stuck. Also, my vehicle was Not cleaned. We removed 7+ stickers/protective plastic pieces when we got home. Floor mats were not cleaned. Fingerprints were all over the vehicle. I'll never shop here again or recommend it. More

The service department was easy and efficient to work with. They provided me options of communication by text or phone. We had car trouble in an Auburn AL. We took the vehicle to a Hyundai dealership with. They provided me options of communication by text or phone. We had car trouble in an Auburn AL. We took the vehicle to a Hyundai dealership in Auburn and was told it would be 45 days before they could diagnose the vehicle. They referred us to a service station close by after waiting two weeks. The service station couldn’t diagnose the vehicle. Once we called Tameron they told us 24 hours to diagnose. The car was fixed within a week due to ordering the new parts. More
