The only negative was that I showed them my approval from Redstone Federal and they ask if they could match that rate would I use one of there banks, I said sure. After hours passed and the establishment was getting ready to close they finally called me to finish the paperwork. The paperwork had an interest rate over 6% higher than I had with Redstone. It was classic, I had spent about 5 hours there. I had to drive the car to Auburn where my daughter was waiting. Or. I could cancel the deal and start over. They knew I was trying to get the car to my daughter as a bday present, I’m sure they felt certain I would roll with it for my daughter not to get disappointed. I did, I got the car to my daughter and now I’m having to refinance with Redstone. A great job was done smiling all while doing the old trick a rue!! More

Poor communication. Dropped my car off Mon7am. Was told we'd have and answer within 24-48hr. 48hrs later there was zero update. not only was there no update, there was n Dropped my car off Mon7am. Finally Wed6pm I was finally able to speak to someone who didn't mind taking the time to speak with me and treat me like a human being. The gentleman explained the diagnostic process and gave me the number to text and get updates. The next day I FINALLY heard back from the person assigned to my car. So from Monday to Thursday this guy didn't give a xxxx about updating me on what was going on with my vehicle. This is why I say Poor Communication is your biggest problem. I suggest that every day, the customer should get a call or at The very least a text that updates them on the status of their vehicle. And if the vehicle is still under warranty, don't be stingy with the loaners. Many people do not have an extra vehicle and we depend on the vehicles we've purchased from you all. When they fail and we bring them in to you, we expect to be treated like a valued customer and to be afforded a loaner vehicle.
