I came into your dealership and got my car service last Thursday. I paid to get my oil changed and my tires rotated. My tires were not rotated. I was also notified that my windshield wiper fluid reservoir Thursday. I paid to get my oil changed and my tires rotated. My tires were not rotated. I was also notified that my windshield wiper fluid reservoir was leaking. Which it wasn't before I arrived. Up on looking at it myself. One of your employees unhooked the hose that connects to the bottom of the reservoir, to make it seem like it was leaking. And wanted to charge me $300 + Dollars for a issue that they created. I have been a loyal customer for years. This is a big disappointment for such a large dealer network. More

Loved the waiting area with drinks and snacks, definately an upgrade from other dealerships I have visited. Was very happy with salesperson Uriah, listened to my must haves and got all 3 in the vehicle I pur an upgrade from other dealerships I have visited.
