I made clear upon scheduling that I lived 3 hours away from the dealership and needed an appointment at a time when the car could be diagnosed and preferably serviced SAME DAY. I was given an appointment on Friday, but upon arrival at the dealership was informed that it couldn't be diagnosed until Monday. This was very inconvenient, obviously, because I had to get a ride 3 HOURS home, then schedule myself away from my PT clinic to go back and get the car.. (6 hour round trip twice) Now I picked the car up yesterday, and the code that they reset has come back. More
