I made an appointment for a routine oil change and tire rotation for a Saturday at 10 am. I left my vehicle at the dealership and was picked up. I did not hear anything from my service advisor all day and rotation for a Saturday at 10 am. I left my vehicle at the dealership and was picked up. I did not hear anything from my service advisor all day and was told 15 minutes before closing that the work was not completed and I would either need to pick my vehicle up or leave it and be unable to pick up until Monday. After the inconvenience, I was offered to either have service done at my place of work on Monday or, if leaving my vehicle as I did, the work would be completed on Monday at the dealership. More
