Couple of bad experiences. 1. Last time I was there for a safety recall fix. Mechanic said he did not even know if the passenger seat folding button existed. Well I would be co 1. Last time I was there for a safety recall fix. Mechanic said he did not even know if the passenger seat folding button existed. Well I would be concerned if such person is fixing my car. Another person said I would not buy the first year model of this car so that company can fix all the problems in upcoming models. What an advice. 2. I was at Service station for 1st scheduled service. It was expensive for just an oil change and tire rotation. I was surprised they did not even care for checking tire pressure which were over inflated nor did they care to give me a $5 car wash which is normal with any car service at a dealer service station. Overall experience was poor to fair. I will think twice before coming to Tameron Hyundai for my next service. More

Very high pressure sales. The salesman are useless and can make no decisions. All they are is a go between with the manager. It took me 4 hours to purchase my vehicle and basi The salesman are useless and can make no decisions. All they are is a go between with the manager. It took me 4 hours to purchase my vehicle and basically ended up where we started with my trade value and sales price. That is why I have started purchasing vehicles at Carmax, Carvana, Driver Way, etc. That and the fact I can no longer purchase new vehicles as the prices have increased so much they are too expensive for me. The Service Department is typical they try to sell the customer additional items that are not required at that particular time of the maintenance appointment. Unfortunately, no a days that is standard operating procedure for most new car dealership service departments. More
