Hyndauyi Blue Link set an appointment up with your dealership to have the digital key reset due to losing my original mobile device. After waiting for sometime I was informed that I would have to sche dealership to have the digital key reset due to losing my original mobile device. After waiting for sometime I was informed that I would have to schedule an appointment at a later date due to your facility not having the manpower to rectify the problem. I wanted to make an appointment right away; however, I was informed that I needed to call to reschedule an appointment. My time was wasted Saturday and has continuously been wasted by the Blue Link technical support team. I don't understand what's so challenging about resetting the digital key system? Please have someone set up an appointment to determine how this issue can be resolved. Thanks, Jasmine Glenn More
