I was very disappointed in my service at Tameron Hyundai. My handler was Levi. He was not personable and sometimes very rude. I brought my Hyundai Sonata for repairs. My repairs were the engine, alternator, My handler was Levi. He was not personable and sometimes very rude. I brought my Hyundai Sonata for repairs. My repairs were the engine, alternator, and the the alarming system. My car stayed about a week and half in the shop. I informed Levi that I will not be able get off like most people because I work for the Railroads. I drove my dad's car for the first week while they work on my car. Levi informed me on that Friday that my car was ready. Dad and I headed to to Tameron Hyundai to pick my car up. My car wasn't ready 😩 😫 😒 because the lights were coming on like Christmas lights 😑 in the dashboard. My dad and I was upset 😡 and not happy because the car wasn't safe to drive, because Levi assured us we were only waiting on the sensors for the car. My dad was furious 😠 because you couldn't tell whether the car had an issue or not. My dad ask for a manager 🙄 😒. The manager was nice and gave a loaner car to drive(Red Santa Fe). My dad and I was happy because I had something to drive to work and to do my runaround when I get back out of town. Levi called on Monday and said my car was finally ready. I told Levi that I will have to pick the car up tomorrow (Tuesday), because as of now I was in Meridian, MS. Levi, then ask me a stupid 🙄 question about me having the car in Meridian. I told him that the car is still in Birmingham (Irondale) on NS Railroads property which is my jobsite. I really thought Levi was being funny but he was dead xxx serious. 💀 I said to myself this guy doesn't know about working with the Railroads. I told him that I had to use the car to get to work so I can park it there and hop on my train destination whether it was Chattanooga, Meridian, and Atlanta. I arrived in Birmingham that morning and call Levi and let him know that I was on my way to pick my car up. When I arrive to Tameron Hyundai, Levi was very short with me and seem want to egg the conversation about Meridian. The young boy who open the door was very nice asked Levi where was the lady car, and Levi's responded "Behind my personal car,". 🤔 I felt like this dude thought I was lying 🤥 🤣 😂, which he also had a customer service lady back the car up to check the odometer. I was still talking to the nice customer service guy who sits behind, stated about his dad;"My dad use to also work for the Railroads, so I know how often you have to travel as a Railroader when they call you to jump on the train. Levi action towards me was rude. This incident made me feel some kind of way in doing business with Hyundai or even considered buying another car with Hyundai. My dad was not happy with Levi's behavior. I was very disappointed 😞 😔. More
