Sammy Jo You guys ALWAYS hit a Grand Slam last 10+ years A Home Run " Nothing" to be ashamed of simply mystifying why Genesis wasn't my entire " seemless" process as usual However, Alexandra OUTSTANDING, pretty sure Dr Alex Valentin made certain ALL was great w my EQUUS, and talking w you showed me you are ON Top of Your Game -- just a retired LTC i of 23 years who values Process Mgt hence my suggestions to Sheila Zellers about Continuity Books ( How To books BY Dept ) it would drastically Improve both morale but more importantly ROI!!!
