Thank you for your feedback on your recent visit to Tamiami Hyundai. We're glad our service rep was helpful, but we're sorry for any miscommunication that occurred with the credit payment. There are no fees for cash or check, and we offer an ATM on-site, however, it is not sustainable for any business to absorb customers' credit card fees. This policy has been in place since February of 2023. We apologize for the car wash mishap and would love to have the opportunity to offer this to you on your next visit.
