The first mechanic who looked at my car was terrible – he obviously did not listen, and he checked off areas. If it were not for him, I would've gone somewhere else for Help. The people who met me at the front door were very polite and kind. My compliments and positive remarks about the service refer only to Hector Gutierrez, who overall the work, saw that I was happy and really listened to me as no one else did. I sent an email to the service manager, but never got an acknowledgment or a reply. The first time I waited for my car, the real problem was not diagnosed so I had to come back. The second time I dropped my car off and Hector Gutierrez, arranged for a loaner for me. Without this help, I would not have left my car there because I cannot function without a car. I have mobility issues. More

I don't know why with a scheduled appt. for an oil change it takes 3 hours which was the amount of time I was there.
