I am most impressed with the excellent service I received from Joshua Gonzales, Service Advisor at Tamiami Hyundai. I needed a new battery and the scheduler with whom I spoke gave me an appointment two month from Joshua Gonzales, Service Advisor at Tamiami Hyundai. I needed a new battery and the scheduler with whom I spoke gave me an appointment two months out. Dissatisfied, I called Joshua because he has been so helpful in the past and he arranged a much earlier time. He is always very accommodating and professional. It is nice to know I have him available, if I need assistance. I am an 83 year old lady and he always treats me with much respect. He is an excellent employee whom I feel I can trust. My service person (Sheila) was very good. The repairs were done well. My problem with the dealership is the 3.5% charge for using a credit card for payment.
