Every time I take my car to maintenance, I am attended by the same person, Ricky, and honestly his attention leaves much to be desired. He is rude, derogatory and indifferent, he barely listens to me when I the same person, Ricky, and honestly his attention leaves much to be desired. He is rude, derogatory and indifferent, he barely listens to me when I talk to him and it seems that he only does his job to fulfil. In this last visit I left the car at 9:00 a.m., and being 2:00 p.m. no one called me or sent me a message to let me know that it was ready. If I don't call, I just don't find out. And it's not the first time that the same thing happens to me. I think Tampa Honda should review this employee's customer service, because a bad service like this damages the dealer's good image. Customers deserve respect, attention and minimal communication about the condition of our vehicles. More
