I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Nick Cruz at Honda of Port Richey! I was in a real jam and needed four new tires installed quickly before heading out of town the very next day. Nick was incredibly informative, friendly, and transparent from start to finish. He gave me a very reasonable quote on four OEM Honda Accord tires, but there was one hitch: they only had three in stock at the dealership. Instead of turning me away or telling me to wait, Nick and the team went above and beyond. They literally sent an employee all the way to Brandon to pick up that fourth tire so I could get everything installed and hit the road the same day. That level of dedicated, top-notch customer service is a rarity these days. If you need service done right, ask for Nick. Thanks, Nick!
