I received a call from Mike Pelletier and from the first converstaion on the phone with him, until I drove off with my 2017 Honda Civic, he was very professional and to the point. He also took the time to go over every feature of the car and even demonstrated , himself , some of the new features added to the 2017 models. I will definitley refer friends to Mike when they mention a possible purchase because of his patience and how thorough he was. While I was in the showroom, it was also clear that they have a great team there at Tampa Honda , a team that strives on making their customers feel very comfortable and happy.
