ALL THE BELLS & WHISTLES When my husband & I went to Tampa Honda we were just beginning to look for an Odyssey & didn't plan on purchasing one till the following year. I had wanted to get our CR-V paid off first - we had never traded in a vehicle that wasn't paid off. We had been looking through the brochures & liked the maroon with tan interior, wanted navigation & Sirius radio, but no rear entertainment or vacuum. I took my cane as I was sure we would be walking all around the big lots. Well, after we met Mike, he took us to a shaded area near the salesroom & showed us a vehicle exactly like we wanted - before we had even spoken to him!! He then proceeded to explain EVERYTHING about the van from end to end - no salesman had ever been so thorough. We still planned to wait, but, eventually, they gave us a deal we couldn't resist. A few days later we went back to get our new Odyssey with all the bells & whistles that we wanted on it! More

Our sales associate Demetrios Mina was the same sales associate we had in 2006. He found a pre-owned 2012 Odyssey that fit all our needs and them some. The price was right the van was beautiful and Demetrios took care of all our needs from start to finish. He wasn't pushy but wanted to make sure we were satisfied with everything they were offering us. He made sure we were knowledgable about the vehicle we were buying. On our first visit we met Nidal, who thoroughly explained to us all of the features of the Pilot and gave us a test drive. We explained that we were just beginning our car search process and would not be considering a purchase that day. While Nidal did want to give us a quote that day, he listened and understood that we were not going to purchase. He followed up with us regularly over the next few weeks to see if we had made a decision. He was always friendly on his calls and again did not pressure us. A few weeks later we went back for another test drive to further narrow down our decision. Again, Nidal was professional and friendly in his attention to us, but did not pressure us that day when we told him we were not buying today. We spent the next week getting quotes from other Honda dealers. We went back to Nidal with the price we wanted Tampa Honda to accept and with Nidal's help, we got the out the door offer we wanted. He also worked with the Sales staff to get the color (Amber) and interior we wanted. We purchased that evening. Tansel was also very good at explaining to us the various add ons for maintenance, gap insurance. Since the car was not in the Tampa Honda inventory, we had to return the next day to pick it up. Again, Nidal met us when we arrived and took time to explain all of the features and Bluetooth setup. We were very happy with the experience and appreciate the time Nidal gave us without any agonizing sales pressure that you typically find. The approach we received at Tampa Honda was very different from what we received from Toyota, Nissan and Hyundai. Most seemed unprofessional and not motivated. We look forward to using Tampa Honda for our maintenance and hope we will have a positive experience with their service department. More

However, when I returned for a test drive of the Civic, Demetrios provided the assistance I needed in a very professional manner. I showed him the car that I wanted, and we were able to agree on a price that was acceptable. We agreed on the delivery date and he made every effort to make sure that my car was ready (with added window tint) when I arrived. From the moment I pulled into the lot to checkout their inventory to the moment I pulled out and headed home in my new ride, I give this transaction an A++. The sales associate, Demetrios Mina, was the perfect mix of knowledgeable and friendly and didn't do the whole fake sales guy pressure cooker gimmick you usually get when you go to big car dealerships. Mr. Mina was very professional and made me feel completely comfortable. I have far less than perfect credit and he was very considerate when helping me chose something within my price range and buying abilities. After I settled on a car the finance department was just as great as the sales department. Tansel Erten was very clear and helpful when explaining all the paperwork, and he made it go as smooth as it could possibly go. He was extremely well versed in each document and helped me to understand everything clearly. The staff at Tampa Honda made this day very special for me and got me into a pretty sweet deal that's perfectly aimed at repairing my credit. The price was just right and came with all the bells and whistles (warranties, gap insurance, etc.), wrapped up in a nice, neat little low interest rate and a monthly payment that I could afford. Julien Quero standing there with a bright smile . He said how Can I be of a help today? Very friendly, courteous. My husband tell him what he like to see..The Honda Accord Sport 6 speed. Not only that Tampa Honda have the car in stock, but two difference colours wow! The wonderful thing that turn the whole experience around, is that the cars was just around the corner ,we could have just walk to the parking lot. But you know what kind of services that we got from Julien Quero he ran to get both keys drove both cars right next to the door way. Just so that we don't have to walk in the hot May weather that Florida is know to have up in the 90. That what I call services. Wonderful young man. Working hard at the job he love. To make the long story short. 4hrs later from the great management to the financial team excellent team work from Tampa Honda. We drive away with a brand new 2014 Honda Accord Sport.
