Working with Nick Wisneski and Paul Friedman at Tampa Hondaland was an amazing experience. Nick was my primary contact and made sure I was well informed and happy with every aspect of my new car purchase Hondaland was an amazing experience. Nick was my primary contact and made sure I was well informed and happy with every aspect of my new car purchase. Paul did my test drive and went over all the car features and safety information. They were both wonderful to work with and made sure I knew everything I needed to know about the car I wanted and the purchasing process. I was surprised at how easy and straight forward the process was! I found the dealership through the USAA program and came into the dealership well-informed on pricing and features for the car I wanted. I came away with a great deal without any hassles. There was not one instance of being oversold or pushed into anything extra. I had the best time working with them! Nick is the best salesperson I have ever worked with. Extremely knowledgeable and helpful, and just plain fun to be around. I will definitely be recommending this dealership to anyone I know looking for a car! More
I sent an Email to the website and got an immediate call from Nick. We discussed the vehicle to aq great degree on the phone and I ended up making a test drive the next day. Since I was unsure of visabili from Nick. We discussed the vehicle to aq great degree on the phone and I ended up making a test drive the next day. Since I was unsure of visability thru the hatchback, Nick and the manager graciously gave me the car (which ended up for several days) and I learned to love the car and bought it - a 2010 Honda Accord Crosstour. We closed the deal January 3rd. Since then I returned to get window tinting and was give a loaner car overnight. When I picked up my car the tinting job was done perfectly and my car was washed! Overall great experience. I have already recommended Nich and the dealership. I will be using Tampa Hondaland for my service needs on my new Honda in the future. More
Tampa Hondaland, in particular Nick Wisneski, Internet Sales Manager...worked with me and really stepped up to make a deal for myself and my mother. We ended up buying a CRV and Pilot both 2010. Nick wa Sales Manager...worked with me and really stepped up to make a deal for myself and my mother. We ended up buying a CRV and Pilot both 2010. Nick walked us through the process, we came to a good deal for us and the dealership, and Nick spent the time to understand what we wanted, what we wanted to spend, and work with us to make the deal happen before Year End. Nick is what a sales person should be.... very laid back, listens to his customer, go to bat for you with his manager, and works the deal from begining to end with honesty, integrity, and respect.... What he tells you is the truth, no gimicks, no once in your the dealership...oh this is more money.. He tells you the price, and that is it, and with us...got us even a better deal when we actually shaw him in person. What a great asset for this dealership, for Honda, and gives car salesmen a great reputation. More
Nick was great and went above and beyond to deliver the vehicle exactly as I wanted it! He was very knowledgeable about the different CR-V's and associated features. And, while I would have loved to have b vehicle exactly as I wanted it! He was very knowledgeable about the different CR-V's and associated features. And, while I would have loved to have been able to been able to work out a lower price, Nick explained that Honda's retain their resale value very well because prices are generally not discounted at time of sale (made sense to me and reassured me about the car's resale value down the road). Answered internet ad and spoke with Lawrence Atkins. I'm out of state, and said I was ready to make a cash deal and fly in. Salesman said, yes, he could do the deal, and make it work... car was fine, read out of state, and said I was ready to make a cash deal and fly in. Salesman said, yes, he could do the deal, and make it work... car was fine, ready to go. We agreed on the price and he promised to send a confirming email. This was Christmas Eve. I send a confirming email, and received not one, but two emails back talking about another car. Sent another email reminding him of the car I was buying that we had agreed on. He promised to get back to me the morning of the 26th. There was no response that morning. Later in the day came an email simply saying the car I had an agreement to buy was sold to someone else. Really? Incredibly bad behavior. This isn't a company I would expect to honor agreements, and as such, not one I would recommend on any level. More
We are return Hondaland customers due to products and past experiences. This time we had the pleasure of working with Paul Friendman whom we found to be very professional. Paul seems to have excellent p past experiences. This time we had the pleasure of working with Paul Friendman whom we found to be very professional. Paul seems to have excellent product knowledge, was honest and trustworthy, and followed through with our needs. It is nice to work with a salesperson who is not pushy, understands what we are looking for, and responds to questions immediately. In the future, as our needs change, we hope Mr. Friedman will be with Hondaland. This is one employee who should be rewarded. More

When I first went there, of course they were very nice, but when I actually decided to buy their vehicle, I had to go back and forth with the salesman and the sales manager and they couldn't get on the sam but when I actually decided to buy their vehicle, I had to go back and forth with the salesman and the sales manager and they couldn't get on the same page. They calculated the sales tax and told me the wrong amount of dealer fees. Then, when I had to deal with the finance manager, he got the wrong info from the sales manager. An hour operation turned into almost 3. I don't recommend this dealership to anyone, even if the vehicle seems perfect. Come to find out when I needed a tuneup on my vehicle (84,000 miles, never had one so I wanted to be safe) that there was no bulb for my Check Engine light . The mechanic, who is my cousin, found out that some sensors weren't working and that should have sent a signal for the Check Engine light to come on. I told him where I got it, Tampa Hondaland, and he said that they are notorious for doing that to used cars with problems so they can sell them... but a lot of dealers probably do that, so be sure to check for that before you buy.
