I cannot say enough great things about this dealership. I loved everything about it. it had a very wide variety of cars, neat and clean store, and superior service. Then we purchased a warranty through the dealership's finance manager ms. Sandra Jones. Ms. Sandra was excellent. She was dedicated, smart, and very friendly. 5 stars overall. We did not experience ANY problems and I can't say enough good things about this dealership. For our next car, we might even come back. More

To begin, when we were looking for a car to buy, their website had quite a few cars that were in our price range. When we showed up to the dealership we asked where these cars were? And their response "oh website had quite a few cars that were in our price range. When we showed up to the dealership we asked where these cars were? And their response "oh that was a sale from last weekend" So we asked do you have any in the price range we were asking and the sale person (Paul) said let me go and check. He came back several minutes later and said we have one car that would fit into your price range, he then went and brought it up front. As we went for a test drive I noticed first there was no air conditioning, but to be honest it did not bother me much because for the price of the car I would expect a few slight things we would have to fix ourselves. The next thing i noticed on the test drive was the oil light would come on when we were sitting at an idle, I asked the sale person(Paul) about this and he said "oh it goes off when you go it is probably nothing" So after the test drive everything else seemed to be ok, they took it to have it detailed (which did not happen very good) and the price of the car which we settled on all of a sudden went up about $300. After we left and got home and after a couple of hours and it was dark outside we decided to go get something to eat, we got into the car and noticed there were no back seat buckles which we found out later they were underneath the seat, but the worst part was there was a HUGE problem with cockroaches crawling around everywhere. We were like OMFG we could not believe what we were seeing.They supposedly detailed the car?!? We called the next day and told them what we found and they did not even seem to care, sale person Paul was a complete rude xxx "saying I do not believe that.." The sales manager came out to see what was wrong and we showed him and I pointed out the other two things that were not handled correctly the oil light and the air conditioning. He then said well if you are not happy with this car let us get you into another car which that was six months ago, and we still have not heard anything from them.... P.S. not only did we have those problems we now have a car with MAJOR transmission problems, I know a car is AS-IS but come on now... selling a car like this to a person and not even giving a xxxx to not fix the problem like they said they would.. TO ALL THAT IS THINKING ABOUT GETTING A CAR FROM HERE, DO NOT!!!!! More

On Wednesday, July 31st my wife and I purchased our 3rd Honda from a very professional and excellent sales manager Mr. Majid Raffoul. Our experience was totally awesome! During my lunch time I walked into Honda from a very professional and excellent sales manager Mr. Majid Raffoul. Our experience was totally awesome! During my lunch time I walked into the dealership just to have a close look at the new 2013 Accord and learn more about the new technology and features it has. I was very impressed with the interior and the exterior looks of the new Model wanted to buy one. Mr. Raffoul explained all the ins and outs of the car and showed me all the colors and options I can choose from. He did not have the color interior I wanted but he assured me he can finds what I wanted this afternoon and have the car ready for me by 5:00PM. We agreed and I left the dealership back to work. I received a call from Mr. Raffoul exactly as he promised; the car was ready for me to see. Mr. Raffoul handled all the paper works, worked out all the numbers very professionally. I was never pressured into anything and this was a great concern for me from previous car buying experience. (Very little haggling). It was very pleasant and a wonderful car buying experience thanks to Mr. Majid Raffoul who made it possible. He was exceptional in every way and I was totally impressed with his pleasant and positive attitudes. I left with the car I wanted and the price I wanted to pay for it. My overall experience was wonderful and I highly recommend asking for Mr. Majid Raffoul for your entire car buying need. He will conduct your business with respect and efficiency and treat you as a valued customer. Also I would like to thank Mr. Sadakut Ali for his help in getting the car and his patience for showing all the features of the new instruments panel. Good dealership with wonderful and great people.
