Tampa Honda

I arranged to purchase a brand new 2010 vehicle. When I arrived the vehicle had over 300 miles and had body work done in the past. The vehicle had been repainted on a portion of the car and the new paint w arrived the vehicle had over 300 miles and had body work done in the past. I pointed this out to the salesperson and told him I would not purchase a vehicle for a brand new price that had over 300 miles on it and had been in an accident. I am very dissapointed that a dealership would allow their sales agents to sell a car that had been in an accident with poor body repair done for a new vehicle price without informing the new customer. I will never recommend anyone to purchase a vehicle from Tampa Honda Land. More

I have to commend Paul and Ali for a job well done. These guys went above and beyond what they were required to do to make sure I was happy. Since I purchased the car late in the afternoon I was at the deale guys went above and beyond what they were required to do to make sure I was happy. Since I purchased the car late in the afternoon I was at the dealership well after closing time and was never rushed so people could get home quicker. Even after all of this Paul took the time to sit down in the car with me and go over the different features the car had. Once I got home with my car it would not start back up. I quickly called Paul and he brought a battery down to my house and put it in himself. He did all this with a smile on his face the entire day. Tampa Hondaland was recommended by a friend. This was the first time I was buying a car from a major dealership. I had been to several places before going to Tampa Honda Land and felt very uncomfortable. Fan first time I was buying a car from a major dealership. Fankly, I was either being hit on or trying to be conned into buying a car I didn't want that was overpriced to begin with. The whole experience at THL was a good one. I was never made to feel uncomfortable. When I said I didn't like or want THAT car, we moved on. I was asked what I was looking for, not shown what they thought I should buy. And everything I was looking for in a car, I found. Not only was my dealer very nice but every other staff member greeted me with a smile. I would ABSOLUTELY recommend THL, and will DEFINATELY be back there in a few years when I am on the prowl again. More

It felt like a friend was looking out for us. Even when it came to trading our beloved old vehicle, Darius not only helped us feel we'd gotten a fair deal, but also allowed us time to say goodbye to old vehicle. We never felt rushed or that we were taking up any time that he hoped to spend otherwise. Even after Darius spent quite a lot of time helping us work out some details, we never felt like he wished he was out selling another car to someone else. Again, we felt like he was working for us. When some concerns arose about the vehicle we purchased, Darius assured us not to worry. He told us he would personally assure our happiness with our choice, and after several long trips up to Tampa, Darius pulled through. We were so impressed by his willingness to personally speak to the service department on our behalf and to lend us loaner cars that actually helped assure us we'd bought the right vehicle. I heartily recommend Darius as a salesman. He is one of those rare salesmen who understands people--from his look-you-in-the-eye earnestness to his firm handshake to his quiet way of really listening when you tell him something. Having worked in the industry myself and having purchased quite a few automobiles I can honestly say this was by far our most enjoyable experience. Totally stress free, which is very important in my book, when making a decision you have to live with for quite a while. My wife and I are not impulse buyers so quite a few comparisions were made. We live in the Brandon, FL (Tampa area) and drove to Tampa Hondaland for their reputation. We do not like dealing with our local Honda dealership in Brandon. I will recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a Honda. More
