Have used this dealership for years, quality service. However this time while the customer service was still great I had a bad experience. I have an issue with my car, they told me the hood wasn't close However this time while the customer service was still great I had a bad experience. I have an issue with my car, they told me the hood wasn't closed properly and that would fix the issue. I was charged $40 ish to close the hood. If that worked fine. It didn't. I made 4 stops on my way home, it happened 3x. So I called and left a message. On to day 3 and still no return call. More

I had a horrible experience with my vehicle purchase. I had appointments set up, the staff was unavailable each time for my set appt time. I left voicemails and emails with no response. I did finally receive an email to come in an hour (nice notice), which I did do, and they were unavailable upon arrival. I had a staff member raise their voice to me. They also stated they "hated their job right now".He also said "its not his fault 3 people are buying a car at the same time". I had to provide the info from my lender as the staff couldnt find it and I happened to have a copy. I never did find out end of lease options for a different vehicle as the staff was unavailable upon arrival for those appointments. I was told nobody else could help me. On and on it goes. It was horrible from before I came into the doors and declined the longer I was there. Horrible customer service. Horrible over all experience. More
