The customer service representative got me an appointment right away quoted me 45 minutes to an hour to get an oil change and tire rotation, and they were done in about 30 minutes. I’ve always been pleasantly pleased with the service department and turn around time with oil changes, accommodations of car loaners except the last time my oil change took nearly an hour and 45 minutes department and turn around time with oil changes, accommodations of car loaners except the last time my oil change took nearly an hour and 45 minutes. I’m also waiting on a credit from the sales department regarding an option that was to be included with my Jeep Cherokee purchase over 2 years ago that I still haven’t seen.
