I specifically asked, when making my first appointment if a courtesy is available because I live 30 miles away! I was told they have none... So my only choice was to Wait 5.5hrs....The appointment was made well in advance (at least 3wks) of the my appointment on 09-30-2022 9:00AM. Another "Pretty" customer next to me in the waiting room was given a courtesy car because her car could not be fixed till the next Monday.....So don't lie to me..!!!
