Waited a month for my appointment. Drove 30 miles there, was checked in and sat in the waiting area for 20 minutes just to be told they had to reschedule me because their employee was Drove 30 miles there, was checked in and sat in the waiting area for 20 minutes just to be told they had to reschedule me because their employee was not there. Woman in service told me they would top off my gas when I came back for the work. Went back for second appointment, work was completed, same woman notified me they put $20 in my gas tank. Way less than it cost me to take a day off work and drive there again at no fault of mine. More

Jimmy is a normal sales man friendly cortious trying to make a sale, Jason could have been a bit better maybe he was just having a couple of bad days, we got our jeep home n I checked the tires n found tha make a sale, Jason could have been a bit better maybe he was just having a couple of bad days, we got our jeep home n I checked the tires n found that the air pressure was 50 to 60 pounds way over the recommended pressure then I discovered that the windshield wipers where shot I don't believe this vehicle was gone through at the tanner motor shop we'll be having the oil changed just to be sure we know where it's at but probably not at tanners More

The service was fine but whoever did the service did not latch my hood all the way. While I was driving with my 93 year old father in law, the hood came loose! Luckily the second latch caught it.
