The sales representatives were available to offer service and certainly not pushy. My timing placed a large amount of stress on the purchase as I was struggling managing the needs of my family with one vehi and certainly not pushy. My timing placed a large amount of stress on the purchase as I was struggling managing the needs of my family with one vehicle for over 2 weeks. Thankfully, my purchase was rushed but it led to a feeling of discord from the staff as I was trying to understand the process of my financial institution and their operations. The person who prepared my paperwork was unfriendly and rude which was difficult while I was so stressed out. I felt like I was a thorn in his side rather than a welcome customer. The car we purchased was not smoked in prior to the sale, but it smells of cigarettes since being detailed. I did purchase a great car for a decent price...no warranty offered even though vehicle was under 100k miles. I was told that’s standard, although a previous purchase was different. If the finance representative had been as supportive as the sales staff, it would have been a great experience. More
