Even though I could have driven my car, Mike Mulbah called his service department and got an appointment the next morning. I brought my car in early the next day and Ed on the service desk promptly processed all the necessary paperwork and brought me the the car loaner area where I got a car to use until my car was fixed. A couple of hours later Ed called me to say that my car was repaired and ready to be picked up. I would recommend Tasca's sales and service without hesitation. More

Buying a new (used) car is not something the average individual does everyday, and there's a certain level of discomfort because as a consumer, we always feel like car dealers are taking advantage of people. But this was not the case at all dealing with Mike. He was more than willing to show me the car I went in to see, but he also recommended another car that I had not seen before. I ended up buying the Ford Fusion instead of the Honda Civic. The last time I bought a new car at another dealership, I left the dealership feeling like I was pushed towards a specific car and the color was really not my first choice, but while I was still considering which color I wanted, the salesman had the car he wanted to sell me cleaned and ready to go. I felt I couldn't say no at that point, so I took the car. This was not the case at all at Tasca. Mike did not pressure us in anyway to buy one over the other, he just pointed out the differences between the two and allowed us all the time we needed to make our own decision. The result is that when i get in my new Ford Fusion, I feel really good about being in there. I feel like I took that car I wanted, instead of the car the dealer wanted to sell me. Shame on the other dealer! Hats off to Tasca and the Mike team. I say the Mike team, because the other Mike B in finance is awesome too. I am really pleased with our purchase, and I wanted to thank Mike for being kind to my mother as well. Even though there was no communication between them, because my mom does not speak English, Mike went out of his way to welcome her and make her feel like she was included in every aspect of the transaction. Mike Mulbah is a true asset to your organization, I will take you up on that offer to have the car washed from time to time Mike, but for now I am still learning what all of those buttons on the dashboard are for. Without a doubt I can say that the Cranston location is my favorite dealership. I do not know what I would have done if it wasn't for the knowledgeable and helpful people at Tasca in Cranston, RI. My sales rep. Lion Zaytounian went above and beyond to help me through this difficult time. His supervisor "Tony" was also closely working with him to ensure that I would find the perfect car fitting my budget. Eva from finance as well as Tony and Lion did not hesitate to stay after hours until the sale was completed and I finally could stop worrying. Never did I felt rushed or unwelcome and I was able to select the best vehicle for my current situation. I am no easy customer but everyone took the necessary time to ensure that I was completely satisfied with my choice. I returned several times until I purchased a new vehicle since my situation required special attention and extra time. But during every visit, I felt being part of the Tasca family. I can not recommend this location enough and will definitely be back. Tasca in Cranston is not your average dealership, it has become family to me. Not only did they gain my complete trust and loyalty, I have no doubt that everyone helped me as best as they could. I am not only satisfied, I am extremely thankful that I had the honor to work with these guys and I can only say that Lion, Tony and Eva are an asset to this company! They are the reason why people like me will return in the future. To me, it is extremely rare, almost impossible to fully trust someone in car sales but these guys achieved the impossible. Negotiating price and trade-in was the easiest, quickest and most painless of any new car purchase I've ever done. Explanation of all the numbers and multiple financing options was very thorough and clear. Eva and Shelly were also extremely thorough and helpful in finalizing the paperwork and arranging the transfer of insurance. And finally, when it was time to pick up the car, Lion provided a complete explanation of the many features and gadgets on the car and was sure to answer all my questions before I left. Other dealers should take note -- this is how it should be done. When we're ready for our next car, Tasca will be our first stop. More
