I have bought many cars over the years, and I was amazed at how wonderful and professional this dealership was. Anthony Castergini was professional and courteous, and helped make a deal happen on a vehicle that we fell in love with before even test driving it. 2 months before buying the Wrangler from Tasca, I purchased a lesser model from another dealer. The previous dealer lied to me, and put a bad taste in my mouth from the beginning of the transaction. I realized after purchasing the lesser Wrangler that it would not work for our future situation as we are planning on becoming parents and would need a Wrangler Unlimited with 4 doors for putting car seats in the back. We decided to sell the Wrangler because we couldn't "love" it after everything the previous dealer put us through. We had arranged financing before purchasing this Wrangler form Tasca, but due to a clerical error we weren't able to actually purchase the vehicle on the day we walked into the dealership. We didn't want to wait, so Anthony was able to set us up with Ron Traver, one of the finance managers, and we were able to walk away with the vehicle that day, thanks to the great price we were given for the Wrangler we traded in. Ron was very professional from start to beginning, and was able to secure us a great interest rate, comparable to the financing we had previously arranged. I can't say enough good things about this dealership. It's a massive building with a huge lot. You could walk around for hours. I highly recommend you work with Anthony Castergini. He is the best salesman I have worked with ever. There were no high-pressure tactics, everything was straightforward, with excellent sticker prices, fair dealings, and an overall experience that didn't leave me feeling dirty afterwards. I brought in my 2011 F150 for a couple of waranty issues. One of which was one of those come and go problems that never appear when you bring it in. I took a test drive with a Service Technician and explained in detail what I was going on. Although we never experienced the problem during the drive we did have a fruitful Q&A session that resulted in a diagnosis. I am a Plant Engineer with 26 years of experience in machine troubleshooting, maintenance and repair. The diagnosis in my opinon was dead on. They replaced the limited slip clutch pack and took care of the other minor work that had to be done all in one day. They even threw in a truck wash and offered to give me a free meal at the in house deli. I wanted to write this review because it is so easy to write a bad review when you feel like you were not treated fairly. But not many people will take te time out to write a review when they are completely satisfied with the level of service they recieved. Thank you Chris and the rest of the Service Team at Tasca. I went to Tasca to look around one afternoon, not sure that I would buy. Mostly, I didn't want to be pressured. The experience was so positive that I decided I would come back, and they helped me bring that I would buy. Mostly, I didn't want to be pressured. I bought several vehicles from the tasca family over the years, the last being an 2012 f350 lariat diesel fx4 loaded from Dan in the truck center witch was not a good experience. I had been dealing with david bailey all the way back to the tasca ford east providence days. my wife and I went to the Cranston location on a Saturday and could not get waited on. so I figured I would give it one more shot, so we returned on Sunday and met Gordon. we knew we wanted either a Volvo S60 or S80. Gordon showed us both and explained the differences, he was very knowledgeable about Volvo's and great to deal with. he has been a great help since our purchase of the S80. I just picked up my plates today and Gordon is the best and would like to buy my next truck thru him. I didn't like the fact that I had to deal with a person from the truck center when I was use to David bailey and now that Gordon is my new man I feel I should be able to go thru him. sorry about the miss typing but this web site does not let fix errors. but to some it up Gordon is my new go to guy More
