Tasca was very helpful by providing me with details and opportunities to try out several vehicles for test drive. They answered all of my questions and did not pressure me to buy any specific model. The atmosphere at the dealership is not frantic like I have seen with some of the other dealerships. More
I visited your dealership three different times in a two week period. Both Michael Tasca and Michael Mulbah were very helpful, friendly, and courteous. Michael Mulbah was particularly helpful in assisting week period. Both Michael Tasca and Michael Mulbah were very helpful, friendly, and courteous. Michael Mulbah was particularly helpful in assisting my wife and me in selecting our new Volvo S80. Michael displayed a thorough knowledge of Volvos and treated us like friends. My wife and I are completely satisfied with our experience at Tasca and look forward to a long and mutually beneficial relationship with the Tasca family. One last comment: As we drove away from the dealership in our new Volvo, I said to my wife that Tasca is very fortunate to have a salesman of Michael Mulbah's caliber. More
David Bailey (sales) was informative and receptive to our motoring needs. At no time did my wife or I experience any form of pressure to make a decision on our purchases (purchased 2 cars). We were allowed motoring needs. At no time did my wife or I experience any form of pressure to make a decision on our purchases (purchased 2 cars). We were allowed private and ample time to test drive and thoroughly inspect the vehicles. We had visited a number of other dealers and feel that we received the best deal that was available for similar vehicles. After my wife purchased her vehicle (2010 Lincoln), David called me and informed me that he had a car that fit the description of one that I had told him I was interested in (2011 Taurus). Within the 90-day bumper-to-bumper guarantee (plenty of time to find those little nuances you may have missed upon purchase), there were a couple of relatively small items that needed to be fixed on my car and they were attended to without any hassle. There was actually one item (steering box) that I had not noticed, but was noticed by the service technician, and repaired as well(actually replaced with a new one). As far as my experience is concerned (been buying cars for 40 years) I think that the Tasca policy/motto of 'You will be satisfied' is a well earned one; they deliver on their promise. And, although I have recommended a minimal number of salesmen (sorry, never dealt with the fairer of the species),this is the first time that I feel comfortable recommending the full dealership. This is the first time I have purchased a vehicle from the Tasca dealership. I had heard that Bob Tasca Sr (I believe he started the dealership) was a 'quality guru' and has authored a book on quality management & customer satisfaction. I have not read the book but can see obvious evidence of the 'guru's' influence on the operation of the dealership today. More
Michael Creati was not a high pressure used car salesman. He was extremely courteous, a gentleman, and he made me feel quite comfortable. The transaction of purchasing my 2010 Ford Explorer was the smoothest automobile purchase I have encountered in 36 years of driving. The finance department also worked diligently in finding the most economical way to finance my vehicle. And they gave me a free meal in the cafeteria while I waited. I highly recommend Tasca Ford and Michael Creati. More
Overall the dealership provided a pleasurable car buying experience. Although my credit situation wasn't ideal, Tasca worked very hard to put me in the car I wanted at a very reasonable price. The salesma experience. Although my credit situation wasn't ideal, Tasca worked very hard to put me in the car I wanted at a very reasonable price. The salesman (Lou Colon) was very charismatic and a really respectable person. He was very upfront and provided a premium buying experience. As long as Lou Colon is working at Tasca, I'll be buying cars from Tasca. More

Let me tell you of my experience shopping for a Ford Escape. I live close to Flood Ford so I went there with my x plan price. At first I looked at a used 2010. The price was more than what I could buy a Escape. I live close to Flood Ford so I went there with my x plan price. At first I looked at a used 2010. The price was more than what I could buy a new 2011. After waiting twenty minutes for a salesman to help me, I told him I had the xplan. He quickly said thay couldn't help me. That they didn't have any of those cars. Maybe he could order me one. I asked him if he sold cars there. He told me he didn't like my attitude. I left. I drove right to Tasca Ford. I was greeted by Carmine. Told him I was looking for an Escape and I had the x plan. Carmines response was "great! Lets go look at the Escapes and pick the one you like". Carmine was great he guided me thru the whole process. Buying a car with him was an easy pleasant experience. We liked him so much my wife looked at the Fusion and plans to buy one this spring. More
Ken was ecellent as usual. He was very competitive with the prices for my renewal of my lease. I always try to give Tasca my business, and I also send plenty of my friends to Ken also. Everyone who has pur the prices for my renewal of my lease. I always try to give Tasca my business, and I also send plenty of my friends to Ken also.
