Service Customer Service and the Service was good. Would have given 5 stars except for 2 things. 1. My TPM was not reset after tire rotation 2. Multiple Customer Service and the Service was good. Would have given 5 stars except for 2 things. 1. My TPM was not reset after tire rotation 2. Multiple calls to service dept went unanswered. But I was taken care of once I was emailed regarding my visit and was able to respond letting them know of the TPM light being on. My overall impression is that most everyone goes out of their way to help. More

Excellent service I recently brought my 2013 Ford Fusion in to Tasca to have a recall taken care of and find out about the brakes, which were said to be getting low dur I recently brought my 2013 Ford Fusion in to Tasca to have a recall taken care of and find out about the brakes, which were said to be getting low during my last service visit. Chris, the service representative, gave me some estimated costs depending upon what was found. I have put on about 25,000 of the 55,000 total miles that are on the car, which I purchased used from another party. I ended having new pads put on the front and the brake fluid changed, which Chris recommended since there was no record of that having been done. The rear brakes and front rotors still have some life. I feel that only work that was necessary was recommended, no more, no less. More

Chris was very helpful and had my car ready on time. Tasca was excellent-a lovely man greeted us each time we entered the building, but the Richmond Rental service was slow, unprofessional (one man behin Tasca was excellent-a lovely man greeted us each time we entered the building, but the Richmond Rental service was slow, unprofessional (one man behind the desk had a hoodie on and was chewing gum) and despite it being a Monday morning with one other person in line, it took 40minutes to get the rental car I had requested.
