Though I did not expect my car to be looked at for a few days as I know dealerships have full service schedules, it was looked at the same day and the next day the repairs needed were explained to me. Though I did not have the repairs made to the car due to the expense in comparison to the value of the car, I want to say helpful both Rita and Dennis were in getting me written estimates, and helping in the process of having my car towed home. I appreciate the friendly and professional service and have decided that even though the dealership is a bit of a drive from my home it will be my new service choice! Thank you Rita and Dennis!!!
