Krystal worked her hardest at getting me a great deal with financing and made sure I was walking out with my Traverse- in my favorite color-- instead of settling for a newer Equinox (same car I had before). The whole process from start to finish was awesome and Krystal went above and beyond to make sure my son (4 yrs old) was calm, comfortable, and entertained. Labor rate was OUTRAGEOUS.
