I have purchased many new cars in my 55 years of driving. Had some good dealership experiences but most bad. From the time I entered the door at Stasek Chevy I felt this was a first class business. Thanks to Mike and Guillermo Hernandez for assisting me when I needed air for my tires, as I didn't have the tool to check my air, I noticed they were low. the problem was, as an out of state purchaser, my daughter and i were put through the "ringer" and spent about 3 hours at the dealership,,, i am a gm employee, with a gm discount... steve made me gen daughter and i were put through the "ringer" and spent about 3 hours at the dealership,,, i am a gm employee, with a gm discount... steve made me generate a new "authorization code" from the familyfirst website,, this was almost a disaster as i didnt know the password offhand.. he did not need to do this, cause i already had one generated.. my guess is he was testing to see if i was "legit" all this should have been done prior to my visit.. personally i liked steve and the finance manager.. great guys to talk to.. i would have given 5 stars easily, if not for the delay.. it would have been easy to check me out through gms system. i had a certified check in hand and for some odd reason there was some doubt about that. i cant figure out why, as i was questioned about my banking .. the financing was a done deal... great guys to hang out with but waaay too long sitting at the dealership,, More

The manager Richie is awesome. He really tries to help you, but it is obvious that he is the only one. He appears to be the person that everyone turns to in order to get things don He really tries to help you, but it is obvious that he is the only one. He appears to be the person that everyone turns to in order to get things done, so he is too busy to repond or call you back. Every other employee in the service center meets us with attitude and is not friendly, almost nonchalant and disinterested. I brought my car in for my complimentary warranty paint sealant and oil change. When I went to pick up my car I found splotches all over the front of the car, and the sealant was done over this. Luckily, Richie took care of this. The other employees were disrespectful and and seemed to be looking for excuses that the fairly new shiny-black vehicle looked terrible. Next, when I got my car back from buying a new tire, I found the back cover to the area where you lower the spare tire was broken off and hanging. I fixed it because I did not want to go back again after the carelessness in the service department cost me more time with every time that I have to bring the car back. Richie is great, but it seems that the work done in the service department itself is rushed and not thorough, almost careless. And there is no one assuming quality control to make sure the work is done right before calling you to pick up the vehicle. More
