Was for the most part disappointed with the service I received at Bill Stasek Chevrolet this visit. I have been a customer for many years, and bought my car there. I was originally quoted an inaccurate price for a part on the phone, because, as I was later told when I got there, they thought I only needed one part of it, and I was also told during that phone call that there would be little to no labor charge involved. The oil change was also much more expensive than I expected, compared to other places I’ve had it done, and I was told when I questioned it, that the high labor charge I was billed, was for the oil change too, which I’ve also never dealt with before in other shops. The service consultant, Katie, was helpful, and got me a partial credit on the bill after I brought up the much higher charge for the part than was originally quoted to me. I have no complaints about her service, as she had nothing to do with the above issues. With the much higher costs of the part, the surprisingly high labor charge for what was done, and the pricey oil change, I will no longer be coming back here to have repairs done, or for oil changes. More

I found a couple dings on my new car (27miles when purchased) and mentioned this before leaving the lot. I live 60 miles away so they scheduled for the issues to be fixed - I showed up and left my car purchased) and mentioned this before leaving the lot. I was told nothing was done and that there was a communication issue between shops. Joe allowed me to vent my frustration and was motivated to help me. I was upset because I scheduled the appointment well in advance and was told it would only take a few days. Unfortunately I needed my car that weekend so I had to make the trip to get it and make another appointment to drop it off once more. Despite all of the hiccups, I will say that the managers Joe and Valcon were very eager to help and were apologetic. On my next drop off, it went more smoothly and I got my car back within a few days with everything done as promised. As for my purchasing process, memo made it go smoothly and was very easy to talk to. More
