Not the only Chevrolet dealership in town For the 2nd time I have visited Stasek Chevrolet for service, the process has been “red flag” raising from the commencement. Upon arrival, a 10mn wait For the 2nd time I have visited Stasek Chevrolet for service, the process has been “red flag” raising from the commencement. Upon arrival, a 10mn wait to even be acknowledged by service staff. Not so much as even a “we’ll be with you shortly. We’re concluding the customer before you”, needing to search for an advisor to notify I had an appointment and my car was ready to be turned over. Throughout the process relatively average work, hence the 3 stars, nothing above and beyond. Frustrating when 2 separate advisors (the one who wrote my ticket went to lunch) recommended a fluids flush and replacement based on odometer reading, however I had those services no more than 10k miles ago, so clearly the fluids were not checked just eh odometer read and the recommendation based off mileage not actual observation of a need to replace. Upon conclusion yet again handed keys and told it was out on lot, rather than having car pulled around to a convenient location. Previously utilized Ziegler Chevrolet in Schaumburg. Came to Stasek for convenience. But would go back to Ziegler before I gave Stasek a 3rd chance to make an unprofessional impression. More
