The staff was very friendly, however i was told just under an hour for an oil change/car wash and i waited 1.5 hours. Appt scheduled for Tuesday, July 7 to fix loose door panel. Several (4-5) attempts to discuss status of service and 3-4 messages left with no returned call. Buying from this dealer was a great experience, however my service experience was less than satisfactory. I picked up my car and the roof rack I was supposed to get was not attached. No one was able to tel my service experience was less than satisfactory. I picked up my car and the roof rack I was supposed to get was not attached. No one was able to tell me why the roof rack was not attached, so I called back the next day. I kept getting transferred from department to department until I finally got transferred to someone who didn’t pick up their phone. I left them a voicemail and never received a response. I had to go in in person and was treated rather rudely by one of the employees (not sure of his name) who acted like he was doing me a favor for scheduling another appointment to get done what was supposed to already be done.
