Was deeply disappointed when picking up vehicle, cashier was excellent, went to wait for vehicle and after 10 minutes went back to cashier, and she again placed a radio call for my vehicle, as people behind me inline were able to receive their cars. After another 10 minutes, walked to the back lot & my vehicle was there, no one around, and I asked the young man in the wash rack for assistance, and within 5 minutes he was able to retrieve my key. After almost a 30 minute wait & upon examining the vehicle, I observed it had not been washed, and after spending in excess of $1000 I feel that this experience was terrible. I really do expect the quality customer service from Stasek that I have received in the past. Sincerely Bob Schaack More

Buying a car is fun! Who knew?! My husband and I were in that "Oh Lord we have to go buy a car" frame of mind. Locked and loaded with "I'm not gonna pay a lot for this car" attitude My husband and I were in that "Oh Lord we have to go buy a car" frame of mind. Locked and loaded with "I'm not gonna pay a lot for this car" attitude, we were pleasantly surprised that we didn't pay a lot for our 2011 Chevy Traverse LS and not only that, EVERYBODY was so good to work (and joke) with at the dealership. We'll tell everybody we know what a great experience we had overall and Peter Hueser took extra steps to make sure we were comfortable with our purchase and answered (or got someone to answer) all our questions and concerns. We were able to get a better rate through Stasek than the rate offered by the bank my wife works at! The financing was the quickest and easiest process ever! Jeff worked us through that process in under 10 minutes with no hidden costs or surprises! We bought our first Corvette there and will be back for our upgrade down the road! Highly recommend this dealership! More
