Tim in sales was excellent. The sales manager Elian Khouri was the most unprofessional and rude person I have ever experienced in my life. I traveled over 90 miles to the dealership to trade in my truc Khouri was the most unprofessional and rude person I have ever experienced in my life. I traveled over 90 miles to the dealership to trade in my truck and pick up a new to me truck. Everything went smooth with the sales and finance people, we signed all the paperwork and I went outside to transfer my belongs to the new truck. A few minutes later Tim from sales came out and said there was a problem with the paperwork and they needed me to go back inside. I went back inside to find Elian Khouri upset about the amount of my trade. He said there was a mistake on the purchase and sales agreement and I needed to sign a new one, giving me 1000 less for my trade. I refused to sign anything and told him that the deal was already done and it was already my truck. Elian started yelling for someone to go take the plates off the truck that I just purchased that my wife and kids were sitting in. Then he threatened to not pay the sales tax and not register my new truck. I told him if he touched the plates I would call the police. All of this yelling and arguing took place on the showroom floor in front of everyone in the dealership. I have never in my life been spoken to by someone in customer service like that, especially by a manager. After they realized that there was nothing they could do they told me I could leave. As I was leaving I asked Elian for his business card and he refused to give it to me. That will be the last time I ever step foot into Tasca Chevrolet. More
