My 19 year old son was looking for his first truck. He decided on a Dodge Ram 1500 Big Horn. We were referred to Tasca by a friend who has bought several business vehicles from Tasca in the past. My son went there first by himself and he remarked after that this was the first dealership that treated him seriously and didn't talk down to him as a 19 year old. That means a lot to me. The sales manager John D'Alfonso paired my son up with salesman Bill Bove. Bill was great! He spent the time to find out exactly what my son was looking for, and did not try to push anything on him. When I finally met Bill, he had already met with my son twice and they had zeroed in on the perfect vehicle. It was in great shape and fairly priced against the current market. We had a trade-in, and the negotiations on that took less than 30 minutes! The sales manager and I both made our pitch, and we hammered out a fair compromise with none of the sleazy, back-handed tricks I've become accustomed to at other dealerships. I am very appreciative that my son had such a positive experience in purchasing his first truck. Meeting with the finance manager Devin was a breeze as well, with helpful suggestions and none of the high pressure sales pitches that I usually dread. I am in my 50's and have bought many vehicles, new and used, and this is by far one of the easiest and most pleasant transactions ever. They have definitely found a repeat customer in the future!
