"great service in a pinch"

Took the car in late in the day when the check engine light came on the day before a planned trip to Alaska. Test result indicated a part that had to be ordered needed to be replaced. Car was repaired and returned to us the following morning. Can't ask for better service than that.

"Quick and easy"

I needed the electronic brake system checked because the light was on and the Service Manager Steve had Chris at Tasca Ford Cranston arranged for it to be sent to their Jeep dealer in Westerly. I was also afforded a rental which was so quick and easy I about fell off my chair! They gave me a brand new Ford Escape which was awesome! I received a call back that evening from Kevin at Westerly Service that not only did they take care of the electronic brake light, there was a cruise control recall they also took care of at the same time! I picked up my car up after just two days and was just as easy to drop off rental. I have 2 vehicles that I purchased in the last 4 years and two of my children have leased cars from Tasca Ford in Cranston. I would recommend their sales and service people above all and continue to purchase and service my vehicles with Tasca.

Fast, courteous, fair pricing, work done properly and with care. Kevin, Michaela and Paul go out of their way to give the best service possible. I am a mechanic of some skill and had always done nearly all of my own work on my cars; never trusted a dealer to do it after a couple of bad experiences. Not Here! I have been bringing my cars to Westerly Tasca for several years and couldn't be happier with the result.
