Finding a good used Ford Focus We were looking for a gently used car to pull behind our RV, and found that a Ford Focus could be towed. We started our search with CarFax, which gave us several options in CT. Tasca was our third stop. We were greeted as we entered the building and made comfortable as we waited for our sales person to meet us. Eric Paul Corteville was attentive to our needs and found the two cars we had seen on the CarFax site. He had them brought out so we could inspect them. We found that what we needed was a slightly different model, so Eric located one in their inventory -- however, it was being serviced. We made an appointment for the next day to see the Focus SE. It was waiting for us. In the meantime, we found a hatchback model in their inventory that we also wanted to see. It was in service, but Eric was able to have it brought out so we could compare the two cars. (We think it was his day off, but he came in for us.) We decided on the first car, and made arrangements to purchase. (we noted that there was no jack - they promised to supply one). We had been through the service area and found it to be very clean. The dealership is busy for a reason -- customer service. Our experience was nice and easy, and we found the perfect car for our needs. More

Great Customer Service Neb Ajide is a great guy. He did his very best to make sure I felt comfortable with my decision to purchase a vehicle. He really went above and beyond Neb Ajide is a great guy. He did his very best to make sure I felt comfortable with my decision to purchase a vehicle. He really went above and beyond to ensure that I could trust him as my salesman. He isn't trying to make a quick buck - rather he genuinely wanted to sell me a great vehicle that matched my lifestyle. If I was rating this just off Neb, I would deliver a 5 star. He always stayed in contact with me and followed up in a timely manner. After purchasing the vehicle, my battery died at a Starbuck about 20 minutes away. Neb drove from the dealership to give me a jump. He put me in the front of the line for servicing and they took care of the problem, same day. On the down side, the battery did not pass inspection (I figured that replacement of the battery would have been a standard procedure when fully inspecting the car). I gave the dealership a three star due to the long sales process and unfortunate issues I saw along the way. In my circumstance, they were unwilling to negotiate when it came to price or even throwing in some free floor mats. I was offered a much better deal at a different dealership (apples to apples) but the alternative dealership didn't have the vehicle model I really wanted. I was also expecting to receive a bit more for my trade in and the warranty period doesn't even come close to what Toyota is offering. Finally, we experienced multiple issues along the way that forced me to be in the dealership for several days throughout the sales process. I did have the vehicle sent from the MA dealership, so perhaps this is common. With that being said, there was a lack of communication between the dealerships. I also want to thank Easton Lawson, Shannon Rockwell, and Daniel Pratt for all their help. More
Exceptional Customer Service at Tasca Ford I was looking at a Ford-150 online and reached out to Tasca Ford through email. I was disappointed to find out that that particular truck had sold. He had showed me other trucks, one of which I was considering, when he mentioned a Ford Edge and showed me a beautiful one on the lot. Colin worked with my busy schedule to make this purchase possible for me. I can not be happier with my Edge and the service I received from the Tasca family. Please give them a try!
