This time I purchased a 2019 F 150 from my sales person Meana. He was very knowledgeable and a great person to deal with. The entire staff worked with me to complete the purchase of what I feel was a great deal. The finance manager was very good to deal with which made that part very easy. As I mentioned every vehicle has also been serviced mostly by Bill Kay and they have also been very professional. The 2018 Escape we purchased had a problem with the hatchback but Robert and the rest of the service department worked very hard to get this fixed. They even had to get others in the Ford company to work through the problem. More

Literal life savers Im a repeat customer and each time has been a pleasure. I title my review Life savers because after owning an 05 Taurus I switched to a Camry Sport bu Im a repeat customer and each time has been a pleasure. I title my review Life savers because after owning an 05 Taurus I switched to a Camry Sport but the car was poorly built that in six months I decided to get out of it since Toyota wouldn't stand behind their defective product. I traded the car for a 2015 Fusion that was a very reliable vehicle that didn't have all of the issue the Camry had and the sales team were able to get me a lower interest rate through Ford credit teir 1 and save me some money on the trade so that it wouldn't hurt me financially. After the cars was paid off I traded it for a 2018 Accord which was worse that the Camry and after Honda proved that they don't stand behind their product I was forced to trade another dangerous vehicle in at Bill kay. I called and told them I saw a new Titanium for 3000 cheaper than theirs and if they would match the price. I was told that they see my past purchases under my phone number and they didn't see why they couldn't make this happen for me. Absinthe were able to lower the price by 3000, offer me more for my trade in than blue book and a few more discounts to get me to a number I was happy with. To my surprise my interest rate was lower than the Accord and I didn't have to debate anything at all. The finance manager must have read my mind because the new car came with 6 years extended warranty and a gap policy that I was going to ask about at better pricing than the Accords extended warranty through a third party. Ford Motor is the holder of my Extended warranty now so I can go to any Ford dealership, not to mention that I love my new car that has all the bells and whistles unlike the expensive base model death trap I traded in that had nothing but defects. Now I'm in a newer top trim level for less money. In and out in less than 3 hours. More

Couldn't ask for more So my pregnant wife's car broke down on a Tuesday, with our 3 year old in the car. We got the car towed and tried to wade thru the mass amount of deal So my pregnant wife's car broke down on a Tuesday, with our 3 year old in the car. We got the car towed and tried to wade thru the mass amount of dealers online, resulting in nothing but a headache. I then did what all same people do and turned to my community Facebook page for advice. Naturally, I received a myriad of opinions that clashed with one another. Thru the darkness though shone one consistently positive opinion and that was bill kay Ford. On top of that, we were told to see a gentleman named stan and he was apparently "the man". It was on Facebook so it must be true right? We did some research and found a couple used cars that we thought might work. My mother in law drove us there and watched our son as I couldn't afford to pay for the chaos im sure he'd cause. We were met by a nice gentleman who asked us some questions and went to get a car we wanted to see. While he was gone, we pulled up there picture of stan and tracked him down like stalkers. He immediately made us feel at ease and like he had our best interests at heart. I work in retail so I'm naturally cautious of people looking to make a sale but stan managed to suspend my disbelief. Side note, they also have a vending machine with great chips. Stan took the time to get to know us and our needs before we even began looking at cars. When it came time to recommend a car, steam suggested a hybrid. A hybrid wasn't one we had considered and honestly didn't really understand. We looked at a few, test drove it, and fell in love. Stan was able to get us a great price that was within the budget we had discussed. It was a huge weight knowing that we now have a reliable car for our son and future child. I highly recommend bill kay Ford and can fully attest that Stan is in fact the man. More
