Not bad I took an older vehicle in for a 120k service. The waiting room, shared by the mechanics and everyone else, was unkempt with trash on the floor and table - and I was the first customer of the day so, this was left from the night before. I judge most dealerships by the service department. Why buy a new vehicle if the older vehicles don’t get serviced by the schedule. Sadly, I’ve gone elsewhere for maintenance since this experience. Washer fluid not filled We took a total of 4 vehicles in within 2 days of each other. My sons 2 cars and truck were not done correctly.
