I’m very disappointed. I had a diagnostics test done on my car a little while ago. I was told that the price of the test would be taken off of the service work I needed in t I had a diagnostics test done on my car a little while ago. I was told that the price of the test would be taken off of the service work I needed in the future. I got the work done but didn’t get the $146 taken off the work. When I asked about it I was told that it was taken off the labor. It did NOT take 2 hours worth of labor to fix my car. When I pointed that out, I was told that the other hour of labor was the diagnostics test. Seems like a bait and switch to me, and it really makes me upset because I’ve been bringing my suv there for years. I will have to find a new place now because I feel like you take advantage of your customers. My yelp and google review will reflect the same. More
