Best service department ever!! I recently had an issue with the hood being jammed on my Ford Taurus. I couldn’t open it to save my life. I took it to the service department at Bill I recently had an issue with the hood being jammed on my Ford Taurus. I couldn’t open it to save my life. I took it to the service department at Bill Kay Ford on 4/11/19 and the service techs there were awesome. Special shout-out to journeyman Keith, as well as Christian, Daniel and Brad. Those guys literally spent the better part of an hour troubleshooting the issue. They figured out how to open the hood and found the underlying issue and fixed that as well. Those guys are a credit to that service dept. It should be noted though that in the many times I’ve visited Bill Kay’s service dept in Midlothian, I’ve never had a problem. They’ve always gone above and beyond. But today, those guys really helped me out and I appreciate it. Also, thanks to the friendly guys at the service and parts desk, who made sure I got helped ASAP. They’re always easy to deal with and very helpful. More
