Follow up call within 24 hours from woman who was nasty, she grudgingly apologized to me after arguing with me that she was not rude. My wife reminded me afterwards that she was also incredibly rude to her when she brought said car in. They just basically accused us of lying and didn't care about the safety of my family or anyone else on the road. Smith cairns and ford should be ashamed of themselves for such a cavalier attitude to the safety of families and especially small kids. Wouldn't buy a bicycle from them
