I HAVE BEEN LEASEING FROM THIS DEALERSHIP AND ALWAYS HAVE HAD A 5 STAR SERVICE, LOUIE IS AN AWESOME SERVICE REP WHO ALWAYS TAKE GOOD CARE OF ME, AND DWIRGHT THE OWNER IS AN AWESOME PERSON WHO WORKS VERY VERY HAD A 5 STAR SERVICE, LOUIE IS AN AWESOME SERVICE REP WHO ALWAYS TAKE GOOD CARE OF ME, AND DWIRGHT THE OWNER IS AN AWESOME PERSON WHO WORKS VERY VERY HARD AT THE DEALERSHIP YOU SEE HIM PUTTING ON PLATES MOVING CARS I MEAN HE WORKS!!! THE SERVICE GUYS ARE VERY GGOD THEY COME OUT AND EXPLAIN TO YOU WHAT IS WRONG AND THEY TELL YOU WHAT THEY RECOMMEND THAT SHOULD BE THEN THEY DON'T MAKE UP STORIES. Smith Cairns is the worst dealer you could possibly choose to bring your vehicle to. We own a fleet of ford vehicles and have always used smith cairns for service just becasue of the convenient locatio choose to bring your vehicle to. Over the years we have spent a little over 50,000 dollars servicing our vehicles. The same issues over and over kept on reappearing and when we would bring the truck back in for the same problem which we already paid to fix, thier work was never under warranty. Ford is suppose to stand by thier product and dealers hahahahha .... when you spend 10,000 to fix one truck and the same part becomes no good or defective and the dealer thinks of an excuse like too many idling hours then you know your being ripped off ... DO NOT GO TO THIS DELAER YOU WILL REGRET IT TRUST ME.... More
