Great experience overall with Carissa! She was great to work with on all levels. My only minor issue was when I went into the financing office. When the bill of sale was written up it incl She was great to work with on all levels. My only minor issue was when I went into the financing office. When the bill of sale was written up it included an unexpected charge of $499.99 for "Triton Security". Although this was briefly mentioned during sales conversations, there was no discussion about the charge. The Finance Rep also made it seem like it was already included in the price and did not offer me the option to decline until I called it out. Long story short, it felt like that charge was trying to be slipped in under the radar. With that said, I would absolutely shop at Tasca Kia again and would love to work with Carissa, She made the experience enjoyable and efficient. More
